Signed-in users can delete their account directly from SotiDo account settings. If you already uninstalled the app, use the request path below.
Delete in the app
- Sign in to SotiDo with the account you want to delete.
- Open account or calendar settings.
- Choose Delete account and confirm the destructive action.
Request deletion without the app
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] with the sign-in method you used and enough information to verify account ownership. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or private tokens.
What deletion covers
- Your SotiDo account profile and sign-in links are removed from the active service.
- Personal calendar data owned only by that account is removed where the service can safely do so.
- Shared calendars you own may need to be transferred or removed before deletion can finish.
- Limited safety, abuse-prevention, legal, and backup records may be retained only as described in the Privacy Policy.
