1. Definitions
Service means the SotiDo™ web app, Telegram Mini App, and native iOS or Android apps.
SotiDo™ means the product name and brand used for the Service.
User means any individual using the Service.
2. Using the Service
- You agree to use the Service lawfully and not violate third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to bypass restrictions, overload the Service, scrape at scale, spam, or interfere with normal operation.
- You are responsible for content you create, share, repost, or publish through the Service.
3. User Content and Rights
- You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or other lawful basis to upload, repost, or publish any text, images, links, covers, or other content through the Service.
- You must not upload content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
- By uploading or publishing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, create thumbnails, display, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate, improve, secure, and moderate the Service.
- You keep your ownership rights in your content. This license ends when the content is deleted from the active Service, except for limited backup, security, audit, and legal-retention purposes.
4. Reports, Moderation, and Takedowns
- We may review, restrict, unpublish, hide, or remove content, and may suspend or limit accounts, if we reasonably believe this is necessary for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or protection of the Service and its users.
- If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights or is unlawful, you may use the in-product reporting tools where available or contact us using the addresses below.
- We may request additional information to verify a complaint or a counter-claim and may remove content while we review a complaint.
- We may remove content without prior notice where we reasonably believe this is necessary to address abuse, infringement, spam, fraud, or legal risk.
5. Accounts and Access
Sign-in may be available through an email one-time code, a passkey, or identity providers such as Google, Apple, and Telegram. We may suspend or limit access for suspected abuse, security concerns, repeated complaints, or legal requirements.
6. Integrations and Imports
If you connect third-party services (for example, Google Calendar), you grant access only within the requested permissions (scopes). See the Privacy Policy for details.
7. Paid Features (if applicable)
If the Service includes paid features, pricing and refunds (if any) are described in the payment UI and may differ by platform (Telegram / web / iOS / Android).
8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
