Service means the web application and/or Telegram Mini App “SotiDo”.
User means any individual using the Service.
2. Using the Service
- You agree to use the Service lawfully and not violate third-party rights.
- You must not attempt to bypass restrictions, overload the Service, scrape at scale, spam, or interfere with normal operation.
- You are responsible for content you create, share, or publish through the Service.
3. Accounts and Access
Sign-in may be available via identity providers (e.g., Telegram / Google / Facebook / Apple). We may suspend or limit access for suspected abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.
4. Integrations and Imports
If you connect third-party services (for example, Google Calendar), you grant access only within the requested permissions (scopes). See the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Paid Features (if applicable)
If the Service includes paid features, pricing and refunds (if any) are described in the payment UI and may differ by platform (Telegram / web / iOS / Android).
6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
